Yes! We welcome you to visit our Anaheim Showroom at 1390 S State College Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92806. You can test ride eligible e-bikes, scooters, and mobility gear in person before making a decision. Walk-ins are welcome, but you can also contact us ahead of time to confirm model availability.

Select "Local Pickup" during online checkout. If the product is in stock at our Anaheim warehouse, it will usually be ready for pickup on the same day. If item transfers between warehouses are required, processing may take 1-3 business days. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation.

E-bikes shipped to your home arrive partially assembled, usually 85% assembled, in a box with included tools and instructions. If you choose Local Pickup at our Anaheim Showroom, we offer optional Professional Assembly & Setup services so your ride is ready to hit the road immediately.

Most of our commuter and folding e-bikes comply with California Class 1, Class 2, or Class 3 e-bike regulations, with pedal assist or throttle speeds up to 20-28 mph. High-performance E-Motos or off-road dirt bikes, such as 3000W+ or 40 mph+ models, are intended for private property or designated off-road trails unless explicitly marked as DOT-compliant or street-legal. Please check your local city and state regulations before riding.

Standard Class 1, 2, and 3 e-bikes generally do not require a driver's license, registration, or insurance in California and most U.S. states. Riders under 16 may have age restrictions for Class 3 e-bikes. High-speed electric motorcycles or mopeds may require DMV registration or an M1/M2 license depending on local laws.

Warranty coverage may include major components such as the frame, motor, battery, controller, display, and electrical system, subject to each manufacturer's specific warranty terms. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, and damage caused by water or extreme riding conditions may not be covered.

RideMart connects customers with trusted independent e-bike repair providers across major U.S. markets. If you are local to Southern California, you can bring your vehicle to our Anaheim Service Center. For remote customers, our team can assist with sending replacement warranty parts and recommending local RideMart Service Partners.

Stated ranges, such as "Up to 50 miles," are estimated based on ideal riding conditions: a 165 lb rider on flat terrain, low pedal-assist mode, mild weather, and optimum tire pressure. Actual range will vary depending on rider weight, terrain slope, speed, throttle use, temperature, and cargo load.

Always use the original manufacturer charger. Do not charge the battery in temperatures below 32°F (0°C) or above 104°F (40°C). If storing your e-bike for an extended period, keep the battery charged between 40% and 70% and recharge it every 30-60 days to help prolong battery lifespan.

Yes! We offer flexible buy-now-pay-later payment plans at checkout through financing partners such as Klarna, Afterpay, Shop Pay, and PayPal Credit, subject to approval. This allows you to split your purchase into monthly payments.
