REPAIR & SERVICE PROCESS

Step 1 — Contact RideMart First
Before scheduling any repair, please contact RideMart Support through our website. Our team will review your bike model, warranty status, symptoms, and service needs, and help confirm the recommended repair option.

Step 2 — RideMart Service Comes First
Whenever available, RideMart will first recommend:

RideMart Retail Stores
or
RideMart Service Partners

These locations are our preferred service options for inspection, repair, parts replacement, and approved warranty service.

Step 3 — Independent Repair Provider
If a RideMart Store or RideMart Service Partner is not available in your area, RideMart may help you locate an independent e-bike repair provider.

Independent repair providers are separate businesses and are not owned or operated by RideMart unless specifically identified as a RideMart Service Partner.

IMPORTANT SERVICE NOTICE

Please contact RideMart before authorizing any third-party repair, especially for warranty-related issues.

RideMart may require photos, videos, diagnostic information, serial numbers, or other information before approving repair work or replacement parts.

Any diagnostic fee, labor charge, parts cost, transportation charge, storage fee, or other third-party expense must be approved by RideMart in writing in advance to be eligible for reimbursement.

Unauthorized third-party repair expenses may not be reimbursed.

Damage caused by improper repair, incompatible parts, unauthorized modification, or negligent service may not be covered under the applicable product warranty.

Service availability, accepted brands, pricing, and repair capabilities vary by provider.
