RideMart Shipping, Store Pickup & Assembly Policy

Nationwide Shipping

RideMart offers shipping throughout the United States.

Available shipping methods, delivery times, and fees may vary depending on:

  • Product size and weight
  • Delivery address
  • Warehouse availability
  • Carrier availability
  • Battery-shipping restrictions
  • Freight or oversized-delivery requirements

Orders may be shipped by standard parcel carrier, local delivery service, or freight carrier, depending on the product.

A valid physical delivery address is required for electric bikes, oversized products, and freight shipments. Some products cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $200

Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

The $200 minimum is calculated:

  • After discounts and promotional codes
  • Before applicable taxes
  • Before assembly, installation, delivery upgrades, and other service fees

Free shipping applies only to eligible products and standard delivery services.

Additional charges may apply to:

  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • U.S. territories
  • Remote or limited-access locations
  • Oversized or overweight products
  • Freight deliveries
  • Expedited shipping
  • Scheduled or appointment delivery
  • Room-of-choice delivery
  • Special handling
  • Lithium-ion batteries shipped separately
  • Products marked with a separate shipping charge

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout whenever available.

RideMart reserves the right to exclude certain products, brands, promotional items, clearance products, or locations from free-shipping offers.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories

RideMart may ship eligible products to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain U.S. territories.

However, free shipping may not be available for these destinations. Additional carrier, freight, battery-handling, or remote-area charges may apply.

Some electric bikes, batteries, dirt bikes, oversized products, and hazardous-material items may have limited shipping availability.

Customers should contact support@ridemartshop.com before ordering when delivery availability or shipping cost is not shown during checkout.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders begin processing after payment and order information have been successfully verified.

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Warehouse location
  • Payment verification
  • Assembly selection
  • Store-pickup preparation
  • Freight scheduling
  • Seasonal order volume

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays generally begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed.

RideMart may delay, cancel, or refund an order when:

  • Payment cannot be verified
  • The delivery address is incomplete
  • The product is unavailable
  • Shipping restrictions apply
  • The order is identified as potentially fraudulent

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided during checkout after the shipment has been prepared.

Tracking activity may take additional time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

For multi-item orders, products may ship separately and arrive on different dates.

Delivery dates are estimates. Weather, carrier delays, freight scheduling, holidays, address issues, and other circumstances outside RideMart’s control may affect delivery.

Freight and Oversized Delivery

Electric bikes, dirt bikes, mobility products, and other oversized items may require freight delivery.

Freight delivery may require:

  • A delivery appointment
  • A valid daytime phone number
  • An adult recipient
  • Signature confirmation
  • Curbside delivery
  • Access for a freight truck

Unless expressly stated otherwise, freight delivery is generally curbside only. The customer is responsible for moving the product inside the residence, garage, business, or other property.

The customer must provide accurate contact information and respond to the freight carrier’s scheduling requests.

Storage, redelivery, address-correction, or missed-appointment fees may be charged to the customer.

Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect the package before accepting delivery whenever possible.

If the shipping carton appears damaged:

  1. Photograph the package from multiple angles.
  2. Photograph the shipping label.
  3. Ask the delivery driver to document the damage.
  4. Keep all cartons and packaging materials.
  5. Contact RideMart Support immediately.

Visible shipping damage, missing parts, or incorrect products should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Email support@ridemartshop.com and include:

  • RideMart order number
  • Product brand and model
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the shipping carton
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Photos or video of the product
  • Product serial number, when applicable

Discarding the packaging before the claim is reviewed may affect the ability to process a carrier claim.

Signature Requirement

High-value, oversized, and freight orders may require an adult signature.

The customer is responsible for being available to receive the shipment or arranging an authorized carrier hold when available.

RideMart cannot guarantee that a signature requirement can be removed after an order has shipped.

Store Pickup

Free Store Pickup

Eligible products may be available for pickup at participating RideMart locations.

Store-pickup availability will be shown on the product page or during checkout when available.

Customers should not travel to the selected location until they receive a Ready for Pickup confirmation.

Store pickup is generally free unless the order includes:

  • Assembly services
  • Installation services
  • Special handling
  • Product transfer between locations
  • Additional accessories or labor

Pickup Requirements

The customer may be required to present:

  • Government-issued photo identification
  • RideMart order confirmation
  • Order number
  • Payment-card verification, when required

Only the person listed on the order or an authorized pickup person may collect the product.

To authorize another person, contact RideMart Support before pickup. Additional identity verification may be required.

Pickup Time Limit

Pickup orders should be collected within the time stated in the Ready for Pickup notification.

Orders not collected within the stated period may be canceled, returned to inventory, or subject to storage fees.

Contact support@ridemartshop.com when additional pickup time is needed.

Assembly and Installation Services

Optional Assembly Service

Professional assembly may be available for select electric bikes and other products at participating RideMart locations.

Assembly is not automatically included with shipping or store pickup unless it is:

  • Clearly stated on the product page
  • Selected during checkout
  • Included in a promotional offer
  • Confirmed in writing by RideMart

Assembly pricing varies by product, model, complexity, and location.

Assembly Service May Include

Depending on the product and selected service, assembly may include:

  • Handlebar installation and alignment

  • Gear inspection and basic adjustment
  • Fastener and safety inspection
  • Basic electronic-function test

Assembly does not include ongoing maintenance, repairs, customization, or upgrades unless separately stated.

Installation Services

Installation services may be available for eligible accessories, including:

  • Racks
  • Baskets
  • Mirrors
  • Lights
  • Phone holders
  • Fenders

  • Other approved components

Installation availability and pricing vary by product and store.

RideMart may decline to install:

  • Incompatible accessories
  • Unsafe components
  • Used or damaged components
  • Unauthorized electrical parts
  • Speed-modification devices
  • Parts that may affect product safety or warranty coverage

Assembly and Installation Fees

Assembly and installation fees are separate from shipping charges and do not count toward the $200 free-shipping minimum.

Completed labor and service fees are generally non-refundable.

If an assembly appointment is canceled after work has started, the customer may remain responsible for the completed labor.

Customer Safety Responsibility

Customers must review the owner’s manual and perform a safety inspection before every ride.

After transportation or initial use, customers should recheck:

  • Handlebars and stem
  • Brakes
  • Pedals
  • Wheels and axles
  • Tire pressure
  • Battery installation
  • Bolts and fasteners

Assembly service does not replace routine maintenance or future safety inspections.

Failed, Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, missed appointment, or failure to receive the shipment may be subject to:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Freight storage charges
  • Address-correction fees
  • Redelivery fees
  • Restocking fees

These charges may be deducted from an approved refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact RideMart Support as soon as possible to request an address change, shipping change, or cancellation.

Changes are not guaranteed after an order has entered processing, assembly, freight scheduling, or shipment.

Orders that have already shipped must be handled according to the RideMart Return Policy.

Shipping, assembly, installation, payment-processing, and other completed service fees may be non-refundable.
