The LE20 feels smooth, quiet, and confident on the road. I also had a few questions before and after buying, and the customer service team responded very quickly. The combination of a solid bike and responsive support made the whole experience much easier.

The range is the big win
I’ve tried several e-bikes, and the LE20 stands out for range. The single-battery setup already covers long rides comfortably, while the dual-battery version gives me the confidence to go much farther without constantly thinking about charging.

Very happy with the LE20
I’m really happy with the LE20 overall. Assembly took me a little longer because I skipped the setup video, especially around the front fork and wheel. Once I followed the video, everything made more sense. The bike itself has been great so far.

i weigh around 275 and have a very very steep long driveway. I took me right up it! I really like it, but, the headlight shines way to close and is TOTALLY DANGEROUS. You can't adjust if far enough out. I will be modifying this somehow.
