Excellent bike!
Love this e-bike! Hynox Trooper
I have been riding the Trooper for commuting and fun and already put plenty of miles on it. It gets a lot of compliments and has the power, speed, and payload capacity I need as a bigger rider. I also like being able to keep it within Class 2 limits locally and switch to Class 3 where appropriate. Very functional and a lot of fun to ride.
Great ebikes
We like the bikes a lot. Our previous e-bikes felt very large and bulky, so we were hoping these would be a better fit for us. So far the Troopers have been great and we are very happy with them.
Big Red
I have only ridden the bike once so far and it seems great. My main concern was security because I thought anyone could turn the bike on, so I would prefer having a combination or password required at startup.

The bike arrived quickly and the package was in great condition. Assembly took about 30 minutes. It feels solid and comfortable, with a very comfortable seat and grips. The front suspension absorbs bumps well, the fat tires feel stable, and the hydraulic brakes stop confidently. Power and speed are impressive for the price, and it feels much more premium than a typical budget e-bike.

Assembly was a little intimidating at first since I had never worked on a bike before, but the setup video made it manageable. After getting the handlebar and front wheel installed, the bike felt powerful, sturdy, and ready to ride. I especially love the red color.
